Investment Consultant

Our firm has been growing at +18% per year, all through referral and is seeking a highly motivated team member.

By having one of the lowest consultant-to-client ratios in the business, our consultants (all of whom have advanced degrees and CFAs - or are actively working toward it) deliver the best academic thinking tempered with sound judgment to our institutional clients.

Requirements:

  • MBA and CFA designation (will consider those who have passed Levels 1 or 2)
  • Write and speak clearly and effectively on technical investment subjects to a non-technical audience
  • Deliver compelling presentations
  • Bring a minimum of 4+ years related experience
  • Self-sufficiency
  • Extremely well-organized
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative ability
  • Lead and maintain multiple, demanding client relationships

Operations Assistant

We are seeking an Operations Assistant who is a highly motivated team member with a very strong work ethic and who recognizes the positive impact that competent support has on an organization. This entry-level position reports to our Operations Manager and requires enthusiasm, discretion, judgment and professionalism. Our company is growing rapidly and we are anxious to promote those who have demonstrated a high level of competence.

Requirements:

  • superior organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • manage multiple projects, and maintain database of key contacts
  • proof reports while using proper grammar, sentence structure and spelling.
  • maintain a professional demeanor and focus
  • speak clearly and professionally on the phone and in person
  • demonstrate ownership and resourcefulness with all work
  • professional in manner, dress and judgment, to reflect positively on the firm in all internal/external contacts

Candidates will be considered who have:

  • a Bachelor degree
  • 1+ years experience in a professional office
  • superior computer skills in Word Perfect and MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • a stable work history
  • been able to stay one step ahead at all times
  • quickly established rapport with co-workers, clients, outside professionals
  • demonstrated skill at working independently
  • the ability to preserve a positive attitude in the most demanding situations
  • an unfaltering commitment to excellence and to exceeding expectations
